Happy Birthday to the Hottiest Hotty ever!
We celebrated Evanicio's B-day. Nothing huge just dinner and dessert. But it was fun! I feel blessed to have Evanicio in my life. And I was happy to share this day with him.
I also was pretty impressed that I was able to make a Brazilian Carrot cake but modify it enough that I could still eat it on my "allergy" diet! WOOT WOOT (This is only half a recipe but yes we ate the WHOLE thing!)
